What is Astro Loyalty?

Astro Loyalty is our Frequent Buyer Rewards Program. This is available for most of our pet food brands. Each brand has different requirements, but typically for every  12 bags you purchase you receive one for FREE. Pet Owner’s Guide To The Astro Loyalty Mobile App 

 

What it is...

 

It is a downloadable application for pet owners with Android or iPhone handsets or tablets. It is available in the App Store or the Google Play Store.

 

What it does...

 

The Astro Loyalty Pet Owner App gives you, the pet owner, access to a variety of information from your favorite pet supply retailer.  It allows you to see all open frequent buyer program cards, and browse all of the other great offers and promotions available to you.

 

How to get it...

 

When you enrolled at your favorite pet supply location, you were sent a welcome email asking you to create a password for your account.  The instructions are included in that email--or--just go to the App Store or Google Play Store to download it.

  • Enter the email address you used at your Astro Retailer.

  • Enter the password you created from the Welcome Email (or use reset password).
